Job Overview

We are a young, fast-growing startup looking for motivated and ambitious Commission Sales Representatives to join our team. If you’re confident, outgoing, and eager to prove yourself in sales, this is the place to do it.

Your job is simple: generate qualified leads (we teach you how), connect with local businesses, present solutions, and close sales. This is a commission-only role with high earning potential — perfect for high school and college graduates who want to break into sales, or for any self-motivated go-getter looking for flexibility, growth, and rewards. Part-time or full-time.

Once you are trained and past the probation period, you will be working hybrid/remote. We hold weekly team meetings, but outside of that you’ll be working independently or as a team — it’s up to you! This role is performance-driven — the more effort you put in, the more income you earn.

Position Responsibilities

  • Learn how to generate qualified leads with our training and tools

  • Prospect, pitch, and close sales in your assigned territory

  • Upsell additional products or services to existing/new customers based on their needs

  • Perform cold calling to generate new leads and convert prospects into customers

  • Utilize CRM software for tracking leads, managing accounts, and analyzing sales data

  • Maintain accurate lead tracking and follow our proven process

  • Represent OG Distribution LLC with professionalism and energy

  • Attend occasional team meetings/trainings

  • Dress code: business casual in the field, business professional in the office

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework or degree a plus)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Confidence in making calls and meeting new people

  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently

  • Basic computer skills; comfortable learning and using CRM software

  • Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized

  • Reliable transportation for local field work

  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required — we provide training

Earnings Overview

This is a commission-only position with 25% commission on every sale. Because commissions are paid weekly, you’ll see the results of your work every Friday.

Here’s what your paychecks could look like:

  • Low Week (closing 4–5 sales total): $200–$600

  • Average Week (closing 1–2 sales a day): $800–$1,500

  • High Week (closing 2+ sales a day): $2,000+

On top of commissions, you can earn monthly performance bonuses:

  • 5+ sales → $100 bonus

  • 10+ sales → $300 bonus

  • 15+ sales → $600 bonus

  • 30+ total sales → $1,000 bonus (maximum defined bonus)

That means a rep closing 1–2 sales a day could be earning $3,500–$6,000 a month with bonuses included. The more effort you put in, the more you make. Top performers consistently take home thousands per month — and earn a paid annual trip as recognition.
